Once approved, with Piptle Agency you will have the opportunity as a Real Estate Agent to sell property fractionally. We provide the methods and compliant systems to be able to sell property to a single buyer, or to a group of interested buyers.

Now, a homeowner that is struggling with their mortgage can have the opportunity to sell part of their property to another single buyer, or multiple buyers.  A young couple can have their parents also contribute towards part ownership in a home they buy. A commercial building owner now can sell a fraction of his building to his tenants to free up some capital.

At Piptle we have a team working in our business to help provide our Real Estate Agents with the confidence and support they need to help create more property sales opportunities. Shared ownership is an awesome way to create more sellers and opportunities for buyers!

With our support and training, you will be shown how you can list a property and sell it to one owner or multiple owners as Tenants in Common. 

The Tenant In Common Exchange

To help facilitate this the Tenant In Common Exchange was set up to support real estate agents in selling property using the shared ownership model. This is an exciting way to help address the affordability issue of getting people started in building a property portfolio. 

Piptle manages and operates the TICX exchange as a service to all Piptle Real Estate Franchisees and employed salespersons.  We provide full training to our qualified fully licensed Real Estate agents in how to sell a property to one buyer or multiple buyers.  This is done in a way where all persons can secure their equity in the property and have their names also on the title deed.

The Tenant In Common Deed

At Piptle we help provide a way for agents to support managing any interest that comes from people that would like to collaborate to buy a property.  We teach agents how to manage the property offer or sale, and then provide the ‘Tenant In Common Deed’ and other documentation to support incoming owners to secure their share in a property.
