Listing a Project with us
When listing a project with us, there is a 17 step process that potential investors must go through, it is as follows:

Listing is completed by the prospective client, through the Expression of interest portal.
It is then received by the Piptle Agency Admissions Team.

The Piptle Agency Admissions Team responds to requests with either:
- a request for more information or
- a request for a 45-minute Zoom with the client/a one-on-one meeting with the client; or
- denies the request and provides the client with reasons why the request was denied.

A meeting takes place between Piptle Agency and the Client.

Piptle Agency Admissions Team reviews and provides contracts/legals, a deal structure, an overview of the marketing and services required etc.

Piptle Agency Admissions Team responds with a “customised” list of what needs to happen to get the deal on the platform.
The following documents would be tailored to the client’s needs:
- Deal Due-Diligence Checklist
- Disclosure Document (if applicable)
- Regulatory License (relevant to the deal)
- Deal Documentation
- Calculations showing Investor returns and what WM will get out of the transaction
- A list of Countries that the deal will be marketed to and how
- Deal Marketing Documentation
- Anything else necessary to assist the Investment Committee.

Piptle Agency’s Admissions Team then send a Listing Proposal and quote that covers the following two things:
- 1] A $6,600 workshop* (which provides an overview on how to get the material together and fully structure the pathway forwards)
-
2] A list of the required inputs (for eg. PDS’s and documentation that outside parties can do if necessary, and outlines what our price to do them, or have them done in house, or through our contractors/affiliates is)
*Please note that the $6,600 price includes 40-60 hours of total work done on your project by Piptle Agency, where you will work with one core Product Strategist, supported by a team of technical architects, requirement analysts, product owners, and programmers who will review your project and prepare it for development. This workshop also includes a 2 day extensive session where you will need to be involved for around 4 to 6 hours in the development of your project.

The Client then makes an informed decision on if they would like to either go it alone, or use/pay the Piptle Agency Admissions Team wholly and/or partly.

Once the Client has gathered everything – the proposal is submitted to the Investment Committee.

The Investment Committee then accepts or declines the proposal.

The Compliance and Tech team then builds out front and backend systems for the specific project.

The Investment structure is then added to the Piptle Agency back-end, at tokenisation level.

A Regulatory warning is then added for the specific deal on the Piptle Agency front-end.

The Deal then goes live.

Investors go to the front-end and can see details of the project.

Investors either choose to review additional information or invest. Investing portal takes them to Digishares.

The Investor completes the KYC process.

The process is finalised.
