  • Each PMAL secures a Geocentric Designated Area, with a minimum population cohort of 100,000 + people. 

     

  • Each PMAL licensee enjoys a 0.25% overriding Commission. on the sale of each Property+NFTs (P+NFTs) bought with an IP address registered in that owners PMAL’S Designated Area

     

  • Each (P+NFTs) Token is purchased using Piptle’s Stable Coin AUD – Digital Property Asset Token (DPAT).

     

  • Each (P+NFTs ) earns a high net share of the rental yield, dependent on their pro rata and percentage ownership of the number of their P+NFTs over the total number of  issued. 

     

  • Each P+NFT participates in the Pro Rata/ Percentage share of the capital growth also linked to the area % number of  a unique RentStream Mortgage registered over the title of the property

     

  • Each P+NFT is linked on a fast and scalable Polygon blockchain with affordable to negligible gas fees .

     

  • The P+NFTs are embedded with AI smart contracts to own a fractional  and termed (20-Years) share of  the RentStream Mortgage, as well as to all the net rental income of a property – (expressed as a pro rata /percentage share of that rent, as denoted by the ownership of the  area % of the property   – ( 1sqm @ a Time™), with a right to buy Property NFT’s for a share in the capital growth and DeFi staking income to generate powerful, inflation proof income streams. 

     

  • Each PMAL secures up to 4.44% GST incl. sales commission on the sale of DPAT/NFT tokens sold by him/her.

     

  • Each PMAL can earn up to 1% for any GST inclusive listing commission,  based on the project vendor’s loan amount. This comm. is paid on or @ the registration of each of the RentStreaming mortgages. (The settlement date).

     

  • Sell  any of the PREAL for $6,600  and PAAL  $1,088 Piptle Agency’s licences and earn a respective Recurring Annual Commission.

     

  • On referring a PMAL, which can only be sold by the Piptle Agency Company (PAC), who will award a referral payment of $2,500 (incl. GST) plus a Piptle (PPTL) bonus. This payment will be paid (on a Pro Rata basis) on the payment of the first 50% of any Franchise Area payments.

     

  • On the sale of each PREAL for $6,600, earn a recurring annual $2,000 Comm. (incl. GST).

     

  •  On the sale of a  PAAL, earn a commission of $250 plus for PREAL/PMAL agents earn an over-ride amount of $200 + an allocation of PPTLs for a direct sale, or $100 for a 2nd tier sale.

     

  • Would be PMAL Buyers purchasing a special, Founding and Piptle Agency equity shareholding package of 0.5% or more, along with a $10,000 option fee, will have the right to secure a Franchise Area FOC (Free of Charge) GPAL licence (value AUD$2088) will include a gift of 50,000 PPTLs (Current value AUD$10,000)

     

  • Note all PMALs by default own one of 3000 Global Piptle Agent’s License, with the right to sell PREAL and PAAL Licenses anywhere in  the world, and the right to refer globally to any PMAL Franchise Area.

     

  • Additionally, any PMAL will also by default of having a GPAL, have the right to equally share in 1/3000th of the set aside and 1% of all the allocated profits of both the Piptle Wealth Management Company and the Piptle Agency companies.  GPAL Profit distribution will be distributed (on or about December 15 each year

     

  • The current value of a  GPAL license is $2,088, and it receives on the sale of GPAL license No.3000,   a dedicated NFT.

     

  • Each PMAL Franchisee, through their default GPAL membership, earns income from their DPAT and P+NFT customers as they may sell and buy various products and services  on our Piptleit.com ecommerce platform. The commissions therein may well be maximised by the volume of sales that are generated from the seven tiers of incentivised sales. 

     

  • PMAL Franchisees can make savings from 2023, when we will launch Piptle.Domain to enable agents to list traditional and legacy R/E on our mobile Piptle.Domain App.

     

  • All PMAL agencies are projected to be awarded from November 2022. On the completion of the formal Franchise Area and License Agreement, together with the finalisation of the Training  Manuals for the three Piptle Agency Licenses. 
    1. a budget of $300 towards the expense to secure a Piptle Agency vehicle car wrap
    2. 6 Piptle Agency flags, for market estate and display homes, 
    3. 2 Piptle Agency Logo branded white Business Shirts, 
    4. 2 Piptle Agency High Quality Polo Shirts, Piptle Agency Cap, Promotional Pens, 
    5. 250 Business Cards and both a hard and digital version of Piptle Agency – A4 printed folder for presentations as well as a digital version.
  •  A printed (1 Sqm @ a Time™) – Re-inventing Real Estate – doormat, Piptle Agency window stickers, Piptle Agency /PIPezi Drink Coasters 
  • All PMAL agencies include a right to market and drive PIPezi Marketing Advantages with an applied share of PIPezi Trading Income.
