SELL ONE AND YOU EARN A RECURRING ANNUAL COMMISSION OF $4,000/ FRANCHISE AREA SALE + 2000 PPTLs First year only + sales commission income from our Piptleit.com ecommerce platform
- Each PMAL secures a Geocentric Designated Area, with a minimum population cohort of 100,000 + people.
- Each PMAL licensee enjoys a 0.25% over-riding Commission. on the sale of each Property+NFTs (P+NFTs) bought with an IP address registered in that owners PMAL’S Designated Area.
- Each (P+NFTs) Token is purchased using Piptle’s Stable Coin AUD – Digital Property Asset Token (DPAT).
- Each (P+NFTs ) earns a high net share of the rental yield, dependent on their pro rata and percentage ownership of the number of their P+NFTs over the total number of issued.
- Each P+NFT participates in the Pro Rata/ Percentage share of the capital growth also linked to the area % number of a unique RentStream Mortgage registered over the tit.le of the property
- The P+NFTs are embedded with AI smart contracts to own a fractional and termed (20-Years) share of the RentStream Mortgage, as well as to all the net rental income of a property –( expressed as a pro rata /percentage share of that rent , as denoted by the ownership of the area % of the property - ( 1sqm @ a Time™), with a right to buy Property NFT’s for a share in the capital growth and DeFi staking income to generate powerful, inflation proof income streams.
- Each PMAL secures up to 4.44% GST incl. sales commission on the sale of DPAT/NFT tokens sold by him/her.
- Each PMAL can earn up to 1% for any GST inclusive listing commission, based on the project vendor’s loan amount. This comm. is paid on or @ the registration of each of the RentStreaming mortgages . (The settlement date).
- Sell any of the PREAL for $6,600 and PAAL $1,088 Piptle Agency’s licences and earn a respective Recurring Annual Commission.
- On referring a PMAL, which can only be sold by the Piptle Agency Company or PAC, the PAC will award a referral payment of $2,500 (incl. of GST) plus a Piptle (PPTL) bonus . This payment will be paid (on a Pro Rata basis) as per on the payment of the first 50% of any Franchise Area payments.
- On the sale of each PREAL for $6,600, earn a recurring annual $2,000 Comm. (incl. of GST).
- Would be PMAL Buyers purchasing a special, Founding and Piptle Agency equity shareholding package of 0,5% or more, along with a $10,000 option fee, will have the right to secure a Franchise Area – a FOC (Free of Charge) GPAL licence + with a g.ift of 50,000 PPTLs
- Additionally, any PMAL will also by default of having a GPAL, have the right to equally share in 1/3000th of the set aside and 1% of all the allocated profits of both the Piptle Wealth Management Company and the Piptle Agency companies. GPAL Profit distribution will be distributed (on or about December 15 each year.
- The current value of a GPAL license is $2,088, and it receives on the sale of GPAL license No.3000, a dedicated NFT.
